• Are there any extra fees?

There are NO additional fees to what we are quoting you for. Once you book us, the only thing left to do will be to choose the songs that you like from our website and we’ll work on the set list together to suit your musical preferences.

• Is the band ensured?

​

Yes, we are fully ensured in case anything happens.

• Can we use your Sound system for our speeches during the wedding? 

​

Yes, of course! You can use our mics and equipments. Just let us know when this is happening.

​

• Can I hire you for other extra services, like live music for the ceremony, even after I have signed the contract for just the reception?

​

Yes, you can hire us for all the services we promote on our website. Just let us know and we’ll send you our rates.

• How do you plan the set list?

​

This is how we do it: every couple chooses 15 songs they like from our song list and 10 they don’t like. That is how we get and idea of your musical taste. We’ll put together a set list that we’ll send you to review before the wedding and you can give us your feedback.

• What happens if I have more musical requests, apart from the 3 free songs included in your price?

​

If there are other more special songs that you would like us to learn for you, just let us know. We charge a small fee per extra song but we can definitely make that happen for you.

• Do you play music from other countries? 

​

Yes, we are a very international band. We can also play music in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

• Do you play religious music? 

​

Yes, we play Horas and also catholic music if requested.

• What would be the next step to book Hip Control?

​

The next step would be to review and sign a contract with all the specifications from our services, and pay a deposit of 20% of the total.

• How can I pay the deposit and when would I need to pay the rest of the balance?

​

You can pay the deposit via check to Solange Prat - 135-19 78th Ave, Apt Flushing, NY. 11367 or PayPal @hipcontrolband. You can pay the rest of the balance on the day of the wedding; just let us know who will be in charge of making the payment since you’ll be too busy dancing the night away!
